I work door dash and NEVER order food . I cant afford it right now . I do understand that it might be beyond our understanding . Im thinking some people are broken with pain or depression . I wish they could at least tip something though .

My husband and daughter are ordering EVERY DAY on either Grubhub, DoorDash or Uber Eats. They have memberships on them so no delivery fees and lots of discounts, with all that it is still around $40-$55 dlls not including tips just for Dinner for the three of us. That’s San Diego California prices. Yesterday I cook and made them picadillo, spent $15 dlls to buy some ingredients missing and even my parents ate with us 😂 Mind you, I rarely order food, they do with their money and obviously buy me too. I ain’t spending my money 😂 You are right! Ordering gets expensive. My daughter, a Gen Z, orders EVERYTHING to be delivered. I tell her apps should pay you a commission 🤦🏻‍♀️

I did the same but lazier. Bertolli microwavable pasta in 90 sec, canned sauce in microwave and threw some frozen meatballs into the air fryer. Bagged salad.

You should try pasta lemone it’s easy and all it takes is spaghetti, parm, butter, lemon and some of the starchy water that the spaghetti was boiled in but I don’t use the parm in a jar but might work

If it ain't worth my time I don't do it. I got people that will pay seven bucks to go 2 miles for Taco Bell. And I got people that want to pay $7 but want me to drive $15 for Chipotle.
I'll grab the Taco Bell order I'm not doing the Chipotle.
When I used to drive taxi to that city it cost 30 bucks.
