I feel like it's easily forgotten that Lord Dominator canonically watched over a lot of their S1 antics _AND_ continued to occasionally keep tabs on them on throughout S2 when she wasn't busy dominating planets! _Yipes!!_

Although i personally prefer the gift, this is a great episode to End season 1 on. It's focus on wander and Sylvia's relationship leads really well into season 2, plus the ending of the end of the galaxy is a direct parallel to the ending scene of this episode. The actual Ryder himself fits really well into this episode, and I love how he's voiced by BoJack horseman.

This is just like the season 1 finale ending of Avatar: The Last Airbender. And I was shocked when it first aired wondering who that person was, like how I thought who that girl in Avatar was. And it was Azula!

I kind of wish they did added this scene in the episode but I imagine they weren't sure if they would get a second season so they had to take the safe route.
