Okay Guys and Gals, I made a mistake in the PRICING section. When I look up the apple store on Google for some reason it brought up the Canadian link instead of the link for US residence first even though I am in the US.
So in the US 🇺🇸 it is 14.99 USD and Canada 🇨🇦 it is 20.99 CAD

I am so amazed right now that I can actually use a drawing app ( Procreate), a vector app (Affinity Designer) and a 3D sculpting app out of my freaking bed or the train or something I am so glad to live right now:D

We really come a long way huh? What an amazing raw proof of technology development. My 2000s self would never believe this.

I've been using both, and while I really like both apps, I've been using Nomad a lot more lately. Primarily because of performance (while both are pretty stable, Nomad has crashed a lot less than Forger), but also I find I'm much faster at sculpting in Nomad and I find it a lot easier to edit the brushes / tools to get it to do exactly what I want. I'll likely be sticking to Nomad moving forward :)

Thanks for another great video!

Nomad indeed runs well on my ipad Pro 12.9 inch and is as the host says, very one touch UI simplicity. Very fun and intuitive.

Nomad lets you create transparent materials for glass and such. I don’t think forger has that at least I haven’t found a way. I like the materials in Nomad. Also keeping the mesh as quads is very easy.

Thank you so much for sharing! I’m a beginner wants to learn sculpting and after watching ur video I decided to buy nomad first just because I don’t want my iPad to get overheated I want its battery to last as long as possible, besides I think both of the apps are perfectly enough for a beginner

Outstanding content, bro. Very thorough. I have both, really digging nomad. Love the “shadowbox”. SouthernGFX pointed out more robust painting on Forger, and posing is very useful, too...best choice is both. (But, hey, I also like putty 3d.) I’m a newbie to 3d and your channel is solid. Love the on screen bullet points...screenshot tutorial notes. We’re out here learning from you...much respect.🙏🎩🎩🎩

Thank you for your honest & very informative review. I've recently using NOMAD & totally amazed! Came across this video @ the right time while doing some research on FORGER. I totally agree with you on alot of points you made for both apps. Nomad is my favorite. I will decide on Forger another time. Much appreciated again!!

I decided to buy both, as together it wasn’t to expensive. During the last year I really got into Blender, but my Mid-2015 27” iMac doesn’t really like it. I have a 12.9” iPad Pro 2nd Gen.; it has 3Gb of memory. Opening up Forger, I got a ‘Low-Memory Warning”. I am planning to work on my 2D art and maybe next year I can new devices and work better in 3D. I will still play around these apps in the meantime.

Great video and comparison. I have both although I've not used Nomad much yet. I agree they are both great apps. By the way since you did this video the new version of Nomad now has reference images as backdrops and a bunch of other features in it's latest update
