Eddie, you are an inspiration, a life saver, a role model and our guardian angel. In other words, you are Batman.

Hi Eddie. I held Fibonacci Sequence in high esteem until I realised that Xn+1/Xn on a sequence of any real numbers converges on the Golden Ratio (phi) often quicker. I think that is much more intriguing for young minds than just one sequence. What do you think? I've got the spreadsheet demo of this but can't attach here.

I never understand. I find it counterintuitive to use the actual formula to prove itself.

Great video, help me a lot!
But How do you get √5•2^(k+1) (in 10:48). When I factorise 2•2^k √5+4•2^(k-1) √5  on my computer I get  √5•2^(k+2).

How do you know how many values to plug in for n in the test step? Why did you test for n=1 and n=2?

hey..do you still remember ur math well. prove that if x and y are natural numbers such that k=(x^2 +y^2)/xy is an integer, then k=2
