@10:19 Damn, I thought you were going to do step 10 and check to make sure there is no wobble before you put the feet on. That step is giving me a hell of a time, thought you might cover it in your video.

i flipped the same piece of extruded aluminum and it fixed the issue this old tony had the same problem in the same place

Very detailed and thought out build, not to metion helpful and educational. If I may make one suggestion, on the metal/metal screws that need to be only snug and cannot be tight please use Loctite threadlocker.

Hi Frank, I had a similar issue while building my MK3 with the frame wobble. I’d recommend checking out step 10 in chapter 2 of the manual “Y-axis: Geometry Check”.

It explains this issue in full, id also recommend using the online manual so you can check out the comments, the fix is to slightly loosen the frame extrusions and press down on them while re-tightening.

I know you pressed down on them initially, however it took me 2-3 tries to get correct. I hope this helps!

My only current problem is Screws that won't tighten. The instructions say their the screws but then when I add them they just don't tighten.
