Sup dudes! :D Had a pretty good Arms & Shoulders workout yesterday and wanted to share some of it with you along with a few suggestions and tips on how to get your Arms & Shoulders going! :D

My shoulders have taken and still do take a long time to grow, but I'm just doing what feels right and trusting that as long as I keep putting in the work, they will grow :) I imagine that as long as you keep working hard and being patient, you'll be just fine, no need to do too much weight :)

I know you may not see this, But tonight at the gym I destroyed my PB Squat from 60kg (132lbs) to 100kg (220lbs). I was always too scared to go over 60, but tonight I decided I'm going to man up and lift heavy. I started at 80kg (176lbs) and hit that pretty solid then bumped it up to 100kg and did 5 reps with solid form.

Here's the best part, I weight 63kg (134lbs) as of right now :) So damn happy!

Baj I know a lot about working out. Hit some bar dips for those triceps and if you can find 1... a sitting row machine for those back muscles and wings! You will be a god!

Hey Baj, I noticed you are doing upright rows with a plate of 45 at the end of the video. This exercise can be extremely dangerous for your shoulder in the long term, especially when the arms are as close together as you keep them.

This exercise puts the shoulder in internal rotation throughout instead of keeping it stable, this puts a lot of strain on your rotator cuff would could lead to injury.

Just wanted to let you know, stay injury free. You should also add OHP to your shoulder routine!

If you have a butter fly machine @ your gym try and use It for "swimming".The ROM is abit strange at first but it really brings up your rear delts

His triceps look pretty defined just with compound exercises and the tried pulldown..he probably throws different exercises in with it as well.
