Here is a hack using a power band over a chin up bar to assisted in improving single leg calf raise strength, by reducing your body weight and allowing you to get a full raise and contraction in the Gastrocs. Effective for those with muscle bulk loss and atrophy following Achilles ruptures and repairs. You can grad the load assistance easily to progress as you improve in strength.
