I guess with the higher-end weapons of the Houthis the lack of onboard fixed-wing AEWACS will be a disadvantage, however the Italian ships with their abundance of those wonderfull 76mm OTO turrets are better suited to deal with numerous "low end" threats.

Scott Ritter and Andrei Martyanov commented recently that the crew on the carrier was getting SEVERELY exhausted. And it really should have been sent home after HALF the deployment time, as it was getting to the point that there was a risk of almost any kind of mistakes happening.

There's also the question of what happened just before they left, with the captain's ridiculously poor attempt to pretend that everything was just fine by using an old video. There's no credible rumors of the carrier actually getting hit by anything, but if the captain avoids showing the carrier as it currently is, that is very suggestive that something not good happened, big enough that it would have been visible if they had done a current video.

You make posts like these but still have COMPLETELY neglected to say ANYTHING about Russia moving the last of its naval assets out of Crimea in its ENORMOUS base there...a HUGE update and admission of loss...yet crickets from your camp. Kinda proves my point...might as well make your background a red flag dude 🙄
