Ashley thank you for the great interview. Have you have ordered your Stargazer pan? I have vintage cast iron. Wagner Ware, Griswold, BSR and Lodge. Also have modern Lodge. Just received my Stargazer 10.5 a a week ago. Also ordered the 12 inch. Let me tell you that I love my Stargazer pan! Can't wait for the 12 inch to come. I haven't used anything else since I gotten it. Peter and his team are making high quality cast iron pans that I have no problem recommending to anyone!!!! I did order the pre-seasoned pans and have only gotten the 10.5 inch. Even my wife is using it! She wouldn't use any of the others. She just didn't feel comfortable using them. If you enjoy the flavor and cooking with cast iron do yourself a favor and get yourself a Stargazer! Can't wait for the lids and the other new products!
