Beware ebay seller 'soonersoft' - sabotaged a working phone, no longer working

The seller has a lot of complaints against them for defective and not as described items.
The phone was cracked and had screen burn in like the description said, and that's what i expected. They DIDN'T say it was boot looping. I tried everything, so don't comment about that. They messed it up and i'll be pissed if ebay doesn't refund me. I'm NOT sending it back, it is now dead. And i made the back cover even worse while trying to remove it (dumb design)

This was going to replace my Samsung J3 Luna Pro as my camera. Since this failed i got my brothers Motorola Droid Ultra XT1080, and the camera is much better than the one the J3 Luna Pro has. Better detail, better in low light, even recorded my CRT well without blowing it out, but with the Droid Ultra you get those annoying patterns. Sucks there's no micro SD card slot, that's so dumb!

This is slander. I have purchased dozens of devices from soonersoft for many years. They are the most reliable business I have ever encountered. Everything they sell is exactly as described and if it isn't they will provide a return shipping label and a full refund no questions asked.
