I am listening to the St. Luis children's choir sing "Let there be peace on earth" and all I can think is we adults are the ones who teach these kids to hate each other and kill others. We have taken what God made to be pure and holy at birth and we teach these little ones to hate, slander, bully, put down and spread hate to other kids because that is what our children are hearing and copying from us. They are told they need all kinds of things to be happy, money, material things, and power. No wonder there are so many murders, robberies, assualts and children abused. These children need love, to be taught love and caring for each other. I am a Vietnam Veteran and sick of all the hate I see the republicans and democrats spreading and also someone who was beat up by 5 guys just for kicks. My sister was murdered by a man who thought he was better than her. My daughter was assaulted in college. No one is better than anyone else. If you think you are so high and mighty and you say you are Christian then read the Letter of Saint James 2:1-5 or 2 Timothy 3:1-5. Then Jesus for forgiveness as I do every time I fall short of His Commandments and Beatitudes.
