I'm not a kitchen fitter but I installed a similar worktop myself after watching this - even though I was a bit unsure as to whether to follow this guy's tips, given that everyone was knocking his work. But he seemed like he knew what he was doing, so I took a chance, and do you know WHAT, all you bloody naysayers...!

I install granite and the best and cleanest way to do it outside so as not to make too much dust.

This is a good starting point, but it felt like the DIY/Low Budget method. I've been watching a few different videos today and this was the "cheap" way to do it from what I've seen. But if you're happy with the results then that's fine, I suppose.

As a professional quartz and granite countertop fabricator and installer, please do not do this. You void your warranty when you surface polish quartz.

Lmao 45 on that splash looks ugly never polishe the surface cut the Seam at and angle so it can close as much as possible and at least use white pads so the glue doesn't turn black doesn't hold the makita the right way to cut stupid idea of the 4 rocks and the clamps

This is the most ridiculous way to install a quartz counter. I’ve never seen such a black seam on a white counter top on my life smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

I think these are put here so pros continue to have work after failure unfortunately everything is wrong from the way it was brought in to the very end. run on sentence
