Miso Caramel Apple Pie!!!!
You already know I have a hard time not adding miso to every dish I make but one of my favourite applications is in dessert, especially when it comes to caramel! It’s like salted caramel, but with more depth of flavour.
Anyway, in my opinion no holiday table is complete without an apple pie so here is my vegan and gluten free (thanks to @sweetlorens) pie with a little twist.
