Enjoy coverage of Day 2 of the 2023 North America West Semifinal.

The fittest in the region will be among the first to punch their ticket to the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games.

Taking place from May 18 - June 4, the 2023 individual and team NOBULL CrossFit Games Semifinals will determine who will be invited to compete at the finals in Madison, Wisconsin, at the end of the season.

CrossFit will host three Semifinals in the North America East, North America West, and Europe regions and partner with event organizers to host the remaining four in Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania.

The CrossFit Games are the ultimate proving grounds for the Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on Earth™ and are world-renowned as the definitive test of fitness. Every year since 2007, fans from around the world have attended the multi-day sporting event, streamed the competition online, or watched on ESPN, CBS, or a wide range of international broadcasts. The international field of play has included athletes from more than 120 countries. The CrossFit Games starts in the qualifying round with 300,000+ athletes competing around the world. Throughout the season the field is whittled down to just 560 athletes.

did they not learn from week 1 of semifinals when everyone complained about not broadcasting event 1 and 3?.. please show us the whole competition

@CrossFitGames we are very disappointed by you. It was 2am in morning in India and we were waiting for you to show individual Test 1 live but you did not care to consider. We support this games from India and want to watch our favorite athlete perform from Test 1 but we couldn't coz you dint broadcast it. Very disappointed

Why hasn't CF coverage advanced? We want this sport to grow but it won't grow if people can't watch it. Why cut specific tests/events from the live stream too?! Really disappointing coverage this year 😢 I know it's free but I'd rather pay for some decent live coverage, much like Giants Live do with the Strongman events. CF don't even have live scoreboards during the events like Rogue does. They haven't improved coverage from 5 years ago IMO. Poor!

I understand that this is an extremely expensive endeavor, and that youtube viewership barely recoups any of the cost (at time of my watching, 360, 000 views ~maybe $1, 000, 000), but some of the issues I am seeing are due more to organization and experience than money. Put an individual with a laptop next to the announcers to keep track of places and scores, and a second to ensure that the sound is working, and the quality would drastically improve.

Part of the reason South Africa and Australia got so much better reception was that it was easier for the audience to keep track of the athletes (another part being that they actually livesteamed entire days). I'm not sure if the solution is to have fewer athletes or more support personnel, but the US Semi's fell far short of standard.

Dude, thank God for the Oceania semifinals. The broadcasting in the American events sucks so bad. "That's right, I hate watching all of the events on YouTube. Super love having to go off and find the other events. What's that? Of course I don't want to see a rep counter up on the top left of the screen, I'd rather guess where everyone is."

Why no live score board? I always scip the cardio part because it is boring as hell (TO WATCH!!!). I could go to a local gym and see through glasses there and watch people runnning... got the same information then

Where can we watch the ENTIRE semi finals? This is ridiculous. They could at least post where the entire show is even if we have to pay for it.
