These cars are 100% worth it! You don't get this level of combination of technology with raw mechanical mastery anymore. Late 90's to early 2000's were the pinnacle of the balance of modern enough for comforts and computer inputs/assists but old enough where you can feel the road and steering as though you're one with the car and then turn around to work on them, tinker, change things, etc without going to the dealership.
