Wouldn the weight graph be liniar with a negative crossing of the y acses (sory I dontknow the names Im from germany). My tinking would be that if you take in no calories you loose weight and there is one point were the amount of caloris is the same as the spending of energy. After that it would depend on the enzymes that convert the sugar into fat.
