Dude you don’t know how much you helped me! For those of you seeing this comment I want to tell you that it doesn’t take 20-30 secs for public gc to add you back. It took me and my friend about 10-15 mins to add me back but is will work!❤️❤️

This right here just proves that it is very possible for the 2 versions to be cross compatible. If Mojang wanted to, they could absolutely make this an official thing.
