8:01 how do I make my citizens use the minecart, the courier hut level 5 came with rails and I saw one of my researchers riding on it and I thought it was cool and I want to know if they can all do that, and if I can put rails around my town so they don't have to walk everywhere

Instead of redstone blocks would it be maybe easier to use a couple of signs on each corner? In your last series, for me it became a little difficult to see which redstone block went with each building once they were all close to each other. With 2 signs at each corner you could alternate colors so it is a bit cleaner.

Also your mine decoration is really cool looking.
