I use small freezer ziplock bags and portion off 5/6 days worth and freeze them. I take out one bag at a time and use it up, then grab the next. I never put it back in the freezer. I let it defrost overnight. I don't vacuum seal or use any special containers. I may start putting them in mason jars after I take them out of the freezer.
I drink no more than 16 oz a day, 5/6 days a week.

Can I grind the beans, vacuum seal it, keep it in the freezer, and say, a few days later, bring it to office and drink it a few hours later on. Reason I'm asking is because I do not have a grinder at office, but I want to drink the coffee. Is it possible, and how would it affect the taste?
