Good news on the mastermind TCU fitted to the Gen3 Levo, it *IS* backwards compatible with the Gen2 Levo and Specialized *WILL* make them available for sale when supply chain issues improve.
Nice move Specialized 👍

Avoid forests in winter as they become a mud fest ? Did you really say that ? One of the benefits of an emtb is that you can ride through the thickest sludgiest mud fests the winter has on offer. It might not be fast but its bloody good fun

Because of the pandemic and lack of availability we traveled hundreds of miles to get our emtbs. Plus side, our first ride as a family was wilder park near Santa Cruz CA. Epic views and the family is hooked on emtbs. Second ride in a total different epic environment at browns ranch in Scottsdale AZ.

Just bought a 2019 Kenevo comp second hand. Came with a spare battery, now I have a 504wh and 460wh, new hope wheels with cush core installed, spare stock wheelset with new tires on, spare handlebars and cranks, a marzocchi coil bomber zr1 and because of specializeds issues with the belt driven motor, which was replaced over the summer, they put a 2 year extended warranty on transferable to new owner. Only issue for me is the coil springs have been too soft, the 600lb coil i ordered didn't fit with c clamp on so the 550lb i got fits, we'll see if that helps any. Originally had a 450lb on there. I also got a new firm spring for bomber, but I haven't used all the travel up front like I have out back. Currently at like 50% sag

Hi,

Been riding my E Bike (Jarifa2 Hardtail) for a few months now mostly cross country around Aberdeenshire and love it. However no matter which saddle I try I always get the dreaded sore butt. I have been thinking about getting a suspension seat post to see if that would help with comfort (cplzn't afford a fiull suss) but most reports I have read only seem to have them on road or gravel bikes. Can anyone advise if they are any good. Thanks.

What is your reasoning for not riding your E-bike on the public road system but only road bikes ?? I am assuming your reasoning is road user friendly ? If that is the case the road bike is the least road user friendly of all cycles. If you compare the two cycles ( E-Bike and Road bike )side by side and show the safety advantage . I don't think you could show not one. Where the E- bike is far more superior road user friendly. First you have a safer riding position. better wide road gripping tyres. Better braking system. and a drive system restricting you to 40 kph. Where the road bike has drop bars restriction your surrounding view, Skinny tyre having poor gripping and a drive chain allowing for max of 70 kph. The road bike is design for racing on closed roads not for commuting. Where E-bike is far better design to use on the roads then your suggestion. I also don't understand your reasoning for restricting E-bike to 25 Kph. On most E-bike the drive chain max output is 35 KPH assist or non assist well below most cities speed limits of 50 kph which is deem safe to all road users

OK recommending that people drive to the trails, even if they aren't that far away. Can't be taking that oh so brilliant do anything.... Oh... Do anything. Well it can apparently everyone should be using their cars or some other petrol driven transport. Why on earth wouldn't you recommend that people ride to the trails on the road? Come on its a Ebike, ride everywhere and save yourself cash and help the planet in a small way, oh and enjoy the journey as well.
