Data Center Management and DCIM Are Changing

A few years ago, concepts like 3D modeling/digital twin technology, augmented reality/virtual reality, and artificial intelligence/machine learning, all seemed like just that, concepts. Many of these emerging technologies have grown immensely over the past few years from concept to practical application in the data center, with 2020 accelerating and intensifying much of that growth.
