West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice Victory Speech

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice was re-elected for a second term Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020. The Republican incumbent defeated Democrat Ben Salango. Justice gave a victory speech at The Greenbrier.
