ok, fun fact: before the update i really had high fps and fluent gameplay. used the trick fps cap at 60 and vsync at 30 (there are vids here that show the fps boost from it). now on fsr3 i barely get 30fps. also a lot of graphical bugs. guess i will reinstall....it somehow broke the game for me.
