It's kind of a shame the nano x unknown's flew under the radar. I was able to pick up a pair in the black colorway this past Christmas and was surprised how much I like them. On top of them being so light, I think they look dope. I also picked up a pair of normal nano X's and had to go up half a size compared to the unknowns. While they feel very different from one another, I really do love them both

I super dig the straight-up "Nano 10s and Nano 11s" commentary. Forget Reebok for pulling a fast one on you and naming it the "x1." Does anyone else find it ironic that Rich Froning only is seen wearing the Nano X Unknown and not the Nano X Froning that he supposedly designed?

I got the black unknowns. I still get compliments. They look great. They feel more firm than my metcon flyknits.

My X1 Flex in the same white/black/gum feels a little short in length at US13 compared to the standard X in a US13 (Great fit!), I was thinking of going up to 14 as my toes hit the end quite a lot and I've been wearing them almost continuously in class/running/work since picking them up a couple weeks back.

The grit looks better. I might pick up the grit in 10 months when they go on sale. Shipments to Hawaii are $$$$ .

Great review Joel, thank you. But really, how many different shoes can 1 man have and use ? BTW, you go back and forth between brands and styles so quickly and easily with comparisons, it's really amazing.

Got the nano 8, and now the grit. Best training shoes. Noticing they are slippery in the gym. You think this is from them spraying everything down for covid?

I bought both knit and grit (sending the grits back, keeping the black with half gum sole knits)

I love the look of them but they completely shredded my achilles...

Hope they break in after a week or so

I have two pairs of the nano x unknown best shoes to train in by far. Unfortunately the white/grey color way started to tear around all the mesh on both shoes, I am still using them but I doubt they will last much longer. I’m saving the green pair when the white pair is out of commission, sucks Reebok stop carrying them.

How would you say the width of the Grit compares to say, the Nano 6? I have flat feet and I purchased the 6's when they rereleased them and they were perfect "plug-n-play" footwear.
