In my case my son ran away then called the cops and told them i had kicked him out and that I'm a drunk. And since he refused to tell the officers where he lived the officers then placed him in foster care. However the officers finally did find out my address and came to let me know they had placed my child in foster care that night. Naturally i was really upset they had done this; so they put on the report i was unfit to have my child because i was in a state of intoxication. Also, they put me down as negligent for not having called the cops soon after my child left. My son is 15 yrs old, and there's a park right behind where we live. I didn't call cops because i thought my son would blow some steam and comeback afterwards. Never did i imagine he'd call the cops and tell them a story. So this is all cps has: the police report and my child's report which my child already reneged on and has requested to make a new report which they won't allow. My child has been in fc since April the 6th. I'm in the state of sc. I have court again the 18th of this month August. My lawyer said she would subpoena for my child to speak to the judge. I feel confident they will have no choice than to return my son to me because they have nothing as evidence of me as a neglectful parent. Do you have any videos on the guardians of children? I don't trust my child's guardian. I don't trust cps, not even the lawyer assigned to me. I get a feeling like all these people are in bed together..

Omg! CPS in Sacramento California has kidnapped my entire rrib! They are refusing to do background checks for my family. My children are crying out to come home...some are even running away from foster homes and CPS is trying to dehumanize and criminalize them by placing warrants on them. The judge is not allowing my epic mandated support team to advocate for me in the hearings. A few hearings took place without me being let into the actual hearing as I patiently waited in the zoom lobby! I need help immediately! They are also after my newborn baby that was born and lives in Texas! They're making false reports that I reside in California even though they have my address.
