Ideas of why each Fruit is in its spot:
#10: Spirit. Spirit is an amazing pvp fruit with darn near limitless potential in combos due to its burn damage, and stuns, along with some of the highest damage in the game, and the ability to fly. However, it is not a good grinding fruit, and isn’t a logia, earning it the #10 spot.

#9: Dragon. Dragon is here for pretty much the same reasons as spirit, but it’s transformation move gives it a 50% defense buff and a wacky hitbox, earning it the 9th spot

#8: Leopard. Leopard is overall an amazing pvp fruit, with high damage and amazing looking abilities. When it’s in its transformation, it gets an insane speed buff and takes no stamina away from using moves. It has a couple low mastery abilities, but the highest is 300, and isn’t a logia, earning it the 8th spot

7: Blizzard. Blizzard is a new fruit added in the Christmas update, but has already climbed the rankings with its high damage, ability to fly, and amazing combo potential. However, it has high mastery costing moves, and I don’t think it’s a logia ( found out it is a logia), earning it the 7th spot

6: Magma. Magma is overall an amazing fruit, low mastery costing moves, logia, highest immediate damage out of any fruit in the game, and has the ability to fly in its awakened state, earning it the #6 spot

5: Light. Light is here for all of the same reasons and magma, but it deals a little less damage. However it has higher combo potential, and the fastest flight in the game, cementing it’s spot in #5

#4: Portal. Portal is an amazing pvp fruit, with amazing combo potential, and an m1. However, it is a bad grinding fruit, with high mastery costing moves, and not being a logia. However it earns this spot with its amazing ability to transport the user anywhere across the map that he pleases, earning it the #4 spot

#3: Dough. Dough is currently the best PvP fruit in the game, with the highest combo potential out of any fruit, and is a decent grinding fruit. Although it’s moves have high mastery costs, it is a logia in the game (Special Paramecia in anime and manga), which cements its spot in #3

#2: Venom. Venom is a high damage fruit with amazing combo and pvp potential. When fully mastered up, it’s transformation gives a wacky hitbox, and a devastating area ability, and a flight move. Not only does it have poison damage, but it’s flight also deals damage, and has a move with makes you nauseous and your screen is distorted, making it amazing for pvp, and earning the #2 spot

#1: Buddha. I think we all saw this coming. It’s the best grinding fruit in the game, which enlarging your weapons, and giving a 50% defense buff when transformed. When fully awakened, this fruit has amazing AOE damage, and makes you able to travel across the sea without a boat, while taking no damage. This earns Buddha the #1 spot!

Buddha is good for everything, and on top of that it's cheap but good overall. You always gotta consider the price and overall performance, just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's the strongest, but it depends on the user tho on how they use it.

I think Rumble deserves a spot here

here's why:

1.) Farming/Grinding. It's literally one of the best fruit for grinding because of it being a logia type devil fruit and the skills doesn't knock the NPCs

2.) PVP. Rumble is one of the most used devil fruit in bounty hunting due to it's skills having ridiculous stuns and hitbox

3.) Mastery. Rumble's skills are easy to unlock because it's logia and it is also not that high

4.) Hitbox. Rumble's skills have big hitbox making it easier for you to hit your enemies, plus it was buffed and the casting time is faster now

5.) F(Teleport move). You get 3 teleports which can help you escape

My list amd opinion:
10. Spirit: it deserves this spot only because its really decent for grinding and has a max of 9 spirits/souls to help grind. Its great for pvp due to the stun move and burn move. 7.5/10

9. Light: It takes the place due to mostly the fastest flight in the game. Its pretty good for about anything exepct pvp. Light is still great for pvp but due to mostly its grinding ability it doesnt do as much. 7.5/10

8. Leopard: Speed is great for pvp to evade attacks. Many people in third sea are leopard users due the speed and power. The value is wild with the beli of (5, 000, 000.) Its great again because of taking *NO ENERGY.* 8/10

7. Magma: First sea is great to start using magma due to its "Logia Abilities." Once you awaken Magma it becomes decently over powered because of the damage. Overall its good for about everything. (yes i didnt add sea beast part im too tired.) Score: 7.5/10

6. Blizzard: The Logia Effect is great for blizzard like many other logia's. The V move, "Blizzard Domain" is absolutely broken for pvp, It dominates everything as well its great for grinding like low cooldowns decent damage. Overall: 8/10

5. Dragon: To be honest, I didnt agree with this score for dragon but in my opinion I just went with it. Dragon is pretty over powered for pvp with many combos that are almost inescapable. Its mid for grinding but still good.

4. Portal: It has a decent cooldown and ways to run (which are annoying.) V move makes life easier with portal for pvp, you can just trap them in the Rift and if you're a sword or melee main use your combos on them. 8.5/10

3. Buddha: The fruit has great reach for pvp, grinding, raids etc. The main reason on why it's so good is because of the reach for basically everything. You can about solo every npc. You can be sword or melee main with Buddha, Overall, 10/10

2. Dough: It's very stic- I mean it has great stuns for pvp and about inescapable. There are many combos to dough with these weapons and melees, "God Human" "Cursed Dual Katana/CDK" "Electric Claw" and so on.
It's pretty good in all ways amazing for grinding, raids, and pvp. Overall, 10/10.

1. Venom: Venom has a lot of power for sb hunting, pvp, grinding, etc. Venom Transformation, Toxic Fog is the broken ability for Venom it has insane AOE, insane damage, and so on. It's great for about anything. But mostly for pvp, Noxious Shot is great for pvp because of the large AOE even untransformed. Grinding again is great because of the toxic puddles that do extra damage like magma. Overall, 10/10.
Edit: Some people may disagree but it's my opinion. (Took 10 minutes)

1st best pvp fruit, leopard fruit/mink v4 and pale scarf, you can escape any combo especially dough, first attack if you use it right does 10k damage.

2nd best PvP fruit, dough/human v4, Can counter any fruit but Leo and it has extremely high combo potential and is really easy to kill people

1st best Grinding fruit, buddha/shark v4, with the range you have on your weapon and with shark v4 you basically have reach hacks with like 80% damage reduction + regen shield

2nd best grinding fruit, light/human v4, it has a m1 move with very good ability’s and with human you can do extremely high damage with the combos and the m1.
