Plantar Warts are foot warts that can appear on the top, side, or bottom of the feet. Warts that present themselves on the bottom of the feet are hardest to treat.
Although there are many products to treat warts, essentially there are 3 tried and true methods. Dr. Mikkel Jarman discusses these three main treatment options and which one works the best and why.

I used the following: 1. Dollar Store disposable nail file 4 pack and got 16 uses out of it. (Never using same side twice
2. 'Compound W' after wet sanding and thoroughly drying.
3. DUCT tape, Yes Duct Tape over the wart and Compund treated area. After 1-2 weeks, it peeled off and was attached to the Duct Tape

Best way to treat a wart anywhere in your body is, cut a pice of banana peel the size of your wart, covered with a bandaid water proof is better, don’t let it breathe next day take the old one and do it again be consistent, if you start with the biggest if you have more than one the others will fall off by themselves, this was my case, I thought it was impossible to get rid of them, but it happened, natural remedy that’s what doctors trying to keep us away from.

I had a wart excised when I was 4 years old. 45 years later, it still feels strange in that spot. Do I have nerve damage or is it just the traumatic memory of it?

My son just had one frozen today.... Still confused how he got it. No one in our home has them. He doesn't go barefoot in any public areas. No pools, no playgrounds, no random showers, no daycare....Unless we're at home he always has shoes on. Can the virus just be in a normal outdoor environment? He goes barefoot outside in our backyard alot...

Hello Dr. Mikkel,
My daughter is 7 years old, have a wart in her foot. I went to Podiatrist near my house in NJ. The treatment he is doing cutting the wart and applying a cream. He told us to come every three weeks and doing the process. He told me, that he don't know how long this process will continue.
I am worried, my daughter body temperature raises sometimes and treatment takes long time.

Please advise
thank you
Nathan

Sir i am suffering from plantar warts from last few years. But i started it's treatment since 3 months ago firstly I used salicylic acid lotion of 16.7% for 1 month approx but no result were there then my doctor prescribed me to take 5 doses of MMR Vaccine after every two weeks. Till now I have taken 2 dose but there is no positive result. Moreover it is spreading all over my foot.
