Hey, thanks for the shoutout. I definitely made the right decision to send the kit on to you. No way I would have achieved the results you have. Excellent result 😊👍

Fishing trawlers are the most interesting looking boats/ships to build by my opinion. Great job done on this build review, thanks for sharing, take care and keep up the good work my friend.

I built one of these when they first came out, and duly made the mistake of trying to paint it when finished. What 12 year old doesn't want to finish the build first! Anyway, I am now building another one- thanks for this video which has some useful tips!
I like the idea of putting it in the fish tank, but my other half would not be happy if it caught her fish!

Revell still has it in the catalogue as North Sea Trawler. No longer an exotic Soviet spy craft. Beautiful job

I have one of the later reissues and it's still a very decent kit for the age of the tooling. I started building it awhile back intending to convert it to R/C, i believe it would lend itself well for that. But now I'm thinking more about finishing it as a static model. Also I noticed that it's close enough to N scale for a nice addition to a railroad layout or diorama, just some food for thought

I got a Revell kit for Christmas. The Ross Jackal. Trawler. It looks the same but different colours.

I love old kits, and I've built 2 of these in different color schemes. Thanks for doing a how to video.

I have this kit 90% finished, but I overlooked the pre painting. Now I have my work cut out. Great kit though. Nice job on yours.

Ficou excelente o seu modelo. Está muito bacana com os traços de envelhecimento.

I did a couple of trips to Iceland on her sister ship, then called the Ross Kashmir.

I might have managed the build, but your paint finish was well beyond my skills 👍

it would have been great with rigging work. Anway looks crisp.

Nice kit and build 👍 but you should have done the rigging to make it look better.

Do these ships have a specific name or model or design name. Like a car has a see many trawlers have this style when built. Does it have a ship design name?....

2, can I spray paint it and not use the type of paint you did?

Sorry but it looks like you used a 6" brush and a roller to get the paint on 😮
