This was one of the angriest CEO interviews I've seen.

We have a CEO that makes almost $17 millions a year claiming that US Steel has been mismanaged. He been the CEO for almost 8 years, and is now willing to give away the company to Asia. There must be some good money in it for him to sell out USA. I think the CEO needs to go, now.

The Supreme Court said the president can do whatever he wants while in office.

He is still going to get his Change-in-Control provisions if the company will be merged by another, so to him 72M could be a comparative number, but as a person who sells his company he will want to make sure it's the best deal for all. Personally I think the provisions may be attractive but the anticipated synergy and support from his employees and locals are more important.

He will need to sue Trump also...because Trump is refusing the sale.
