Fun fact, this version was actually recorded in the SAME studio as the Everly Brothers version! RCA Studio B in Nashville TN. The musicians on this played on just about every Everly Brothers, Roy Orbison, and Elvis song! They were nicknamed the Nashville A Team. However, they did not play on the Everly Brothers version of this song because instead the Crickets (Buddy Holly's band) were brought in for a change. But this is the group you hear on "When Will I Be Loved", "Cathy's Clown", and many more!
