The biggest issue I see is that any of these fixes greatly slow down the network. I think MEV is the fatal flaw of Ethereum. I believe Cardano / Ada and Ergo are going to be what Ethereum wanted to be.

Can someone explain this in text but in a very simple normie way? How is that making them money and how is that extracting money from users? I'm missing a lot, I know.
