I used to avoid the I-15 all the time. If you are in the area of La Canada there is a back way over the mountains that will take you into Pearblossom and save you a couple hours, even bypassing most of the Hesperia and Victorville traffic.

I hope TFL allows you guys to put a temporary affordable slip-on on that R7 to really hear how special this parallel twin is. That 270 degree crank lumps like a Harley sportster at certain rpms. Great sound for a retro or if your a fan of a Buell

Not sure I can say much about this, since it was already revealed this trip. lol But the MPG on that Diesel did not impress me. I was thinking it would have got closer to 20, even towing that lightweight stuff. Cool dog. Great team effort. TFL is fortunate to have you 2 on staff. Only way I would live in CA. is if someone was paying all my cost of living expenses and 100K on top of it.

I have owned 3 of those Honda 1000-5s, I think they are great family trail and offroad machines.
They can work too, but I think when it comes to work around the Ranch, I do prefer the likes of your old Mule,
or my Turbo Diesel John Deere Gators.

Talk about retro liking Honda paint schemes especially side by side as we had silver XL 250 silver bike. Q. Does US get CF Moto? I been looking at their side by side 600 for the farm, price at $15, 000 AUD with cool features does looks attractive buy.
