And some Presidents don't need a Library. Most Documents are already or soon to be housed in the DOJ, States Attorneys' General Offices and the FBI for the outgoing Admin.

I would respectfully suggest that the Trump Presidential library be built on the site of his last place of residence so whichever prison they assign him to can just be slightly modified to house his records. This could also be presented as a life lesson for the next 20 POTUS's to consider that their time as POTUS may only be 8 years maximum but the prison afterwords could be 15 or 20
