The threat of hell in the afterlife is not a pressing issue to homosexuals. Olsteen talked about the hell they are experiencing in this life. That is caused by carrying grudges against the opposite sex and is healed with forgiveness. Since Olsteen didn't mention this, he does show that he's focused on being accepted.
