thank you so so so much

feels unreal to have finished all of core pure, mad how everything in maths fits in together like one big topic

Thank you so much for uploading these videos, they are really helpful.
Can you please make videos for Further pure 1 book, please.

at 12:28 if you are differentiating with respect to t, then isn't x just a constant so the answer should be 0? is it anything to do with implicit differentiation?

Would you ever have to formulate the coupled equations yourself? As in the two linear differential equations. It seems a bit mean because if you mess up there you’ve messed up the rest of the question which is worth most of the marks

Sir for every differential equation exam question they have a 1 marker asking what are the limitations can you suggest some stuff to look out for. I know for filling containers we can say that the salt doesn't dissolve instantly but for the other types I usually struggle.

Thanks so much! I finally finished all of cp2 and cp1 before y13 starts which will save me alot of time. Also, i remember in normal maths we werent allowed to "add or subtract" when solving differential equations so why did we ignore it in fm?

want to learn more from you. have you made videos on rate of flows from containers and RLC series circuit

What degree are you studying at university? The math you're doing looks very interesting. Also, another great video.

Hi Mr Bicen. for the "try it yourself" question at the end, is the calculator supposed to be in radians when you find 0.1t? I got 0.1t as 4.332...., then multiplied by 10 but my final answer is obviously wrong. Other than that, very happy with the question. Thanks for the great vids. They make life sooo much easier when you're self-teaching F maths. I went to your April maths revision class and will be doing the F Maths classes too.

Why can you not double substitute, for example say you have the general solution for x and you need to find one for y

y (dot) = 12x-6y (1)
Then y = 2x-0.5y (dot) (2)
Then subbing in the y dot equation (1) into (2).

I did this for one question but this didn't work and i ended up with an incorrect general solution.
