In May 1993, nine months after the disappearance of Michel Berger, France Gall was the main guest of Michel Drucker in his "Stars 90" filmed at the Pavillon Baltard. The singer continues to promote the album "Double Jeu" which she had recorded in duet with her husband and songwriter Michel Berger, a few weeks before his unexpected disappearance. After performing two titles, she is joined by Cyndi Lauper. The two artists cover together You Have To Learn To Live Alone / Les Uns Contres Les Autres, accompanied by Serge Perathoner on piano and Jannick Top on bass. This song written by Michel Berger and Luc Plamondon comes from the opera-rock Starmania (1978) in which France Gall participated, and was interpreted at the time by Fabienne Thibault. In 1991, an English version was recorded on disc, entitled Tycoon, in a libretto adapted by Tim Rice. For this album, Cyndi Lauper had responded to the invitation of Michel Berger and in addition to the aforementioned song, she will cover Le Monde Est Stone, which will become The World Is Stone, and will be a success in France but also in England.

Après avoir interprété deux titres, elle est rejointe par Cyndi Lauper. Les deux artistes reprennent ensemble You Have To Learn To Live Alone/Les Uns Contres Les Autres, accompagnées de Serge Perathoner au piano et de Jannick Top à la basse. Cette chanson écrite par Michel Berger et Luc Plamondon est issue de l'opéra-rock Starmania (1978) auquel participait France Gall, et était interprétée à l'époque par Fabienne Thibault. En 1991, une version anglaise est enregistrée sur disque, intitulée Tycoon, sur un livret adapté par Tim Rice. Pour cet album, Cyndi Lauper avait répondu à l'invitation de Michel Berger et en plus du titre susmentionné, elle reprendra Le Monde Est Stone, qui deviendra The World Is Stone, et sera un succès en France mais aussi en Angleterre.
