NYC Calls On Army... As Migrant Gang Invades Queens

Community leaders in a working class NYC neighborhood are demanding army national guard troops be deployed to clean up their streets, which are overrun by what critics say is gang related criminal activity, which threatens the lives of locals and law abiding asylum seekers alike. Are troops an over reaction to a problem the City can solve on its own, or is an elevated response involving the army appropriate?
