Congratulations I do envy the women who like Janet are still working and enjoying their chosen careers at the age of 77.

I distinctly remember JSP joining LW and wondering how she would fit in with all the ribald humour, open up about emotional stuff and join in with the antics - but to be fair to her she jumped in head-first, has been a real asset to the show (particularly to highlight topics pertaining to the older generation) and is articulate and intelligent enough to deal with any topic. And - with the greatest of respect - it's made her a more emotionally available person in her own right, and that's a blessing in anyone's book.
