Two possibilities
840 and 820
840 is also possible since condition-3 does not say
"Only" two numbers are correct l, but in wrong place

The first line says on is correct and in right spot and the second line says one is correct but in wrong spot so u can just cut 4 out. So u get only 2 letter left on 3rd line and since 5 1 6 are not correct from the 4th line then we have only number 8 on the last line and from the 1st line we only have 0 so we take that and since its in the right place we cant take 9 bcuz if we took it it would need to take 0s position so we take 2. So the answer is 820
