Today's puzzle caught my attention with the concept of an Anti-Quad. The Bard fused them both into something truly special.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and box.

Quadruples: digits in the white circle must appear in one of the four surrounding cells.

Anti-Quadruples: Digits in the small PINK circle cannot appear in one of the four surrounding cells.

When I saw the combination of quads and anti-quads, I inwardly groaned at the exhausting prospect of cognitive task-switching. Was I wrong; it was an utterly delightful puzzle from beginning to end! I always enjoy picking up tips from Sleuth's solve

No idea what Sleuth was doing around 20:00. There's no 5 in any of these cells (while clearly highlighting a 5), so the 5 must be in r23c4?? That gave him an undeserved (and incorrect) 6 in r2c5.
