I'm about to register a brand on amazon, however due to the fact that I and my company are not in the US, USPTO needs a US licensed attorny to file it for me. You mentioned a list of lawyers which are in good standing with the USPTO, where do I find such a list and do not pick the wrong lawyer which brings me into the same trouble all the others have/had?

I had my brand taken down too maybe 2-3 months ago. I reported counterfeit sellers on my listing but Amazon thought I abused it for some reason so they removed my brand. I filed repeatedly to appeal which always came back with rejections maybe 10 times. I left it alone for 2 weeks and I recently got it reinstatement email from Amazon last week. I have my video call scheduled with them where they want 50 units of all of my products which is not happening... some of my products are very big. Not sure what's going on with them but it sure doesn't inspire confidence

Y brand registery was rejected due to brand/used engaged in abusive conduct, which I dont know what it might be because my account is new and it's my first product/brand registery.
I had to stop all the launching process because of this issue.
It's frustrating.

I recently took over the e-commerce portion for a company that manufactures their own products and we sell them on VC and SC. We have an established brand with a few successful ASINS with lots of positive reviews.

I am trying to grow the rest of the catalog but I am having trouble finding resources geared to a brand in my position, a lot of them focus on starting fba stuff but VC resources are difficult to come by.

Can you point me in the right direction to find resources where I can learn more about growing an established brand rather than starting a new one? My goal is to find where we fall short so I can develop a plan to improve conversions and gain market share in my category.
