Making Mead with Canned Longans

👁️👁️ Let’s make mead (honey wine) with canned Longans! They look like spooky eyeballs, but taste like a cross between pears & grapes.

Ingredients used:
-1 pound Hawaiian wildflower honey
-Two 20oz cans Longans with syrup
-Spring Water (to reach 1 gallon)
-1 packet EC-1118 yeast
-1 tsp Fermaid-K Yeast Nutrient

Equipment featured:
- 1 gallon Glass Carboy
- “The Hex” 3 Piece Airlock
- Drilled # 6.5 Rubber Stopper
