I honestly really appreciate how informative this video is. I'm about 19 years old almost 20 and I was just told I have a thyroid problem and was suggested that I go on a keto diet and then I saw a video about this and how it automatically puts you in ketosis and I'm not very much educated and I saw the results and it's something that I'm needing I'm a little overweight for being 20 and just ready to get back where are used to be and I'm excited to fit this in my budget. I do have a question wood splitting one packet and half and taking it twice a day be alright first starting or would I need to take two full packets a day.

I love your enthusiasm first of all second can you do video on each pruvit ketone as far as how to use them which ones best for mornings workouts ones thst don't kick you out of ketoses if they can.
