I’m very much looking forward to this AB or an ABC program for sale that includes kettlebell and club workouts (plus warmup & cooldown). I am 55 and I currently do basic kettlebell movements 3 days/week. As I am getting older, I would like to get away from dumbbell/barbell exercises and just do a different dynamic kettlebell/club routine because it is intense and saves a massive amount of time! When the Adex adjustable club is back in stock, I will purchase it! Thanks for all you do Mark!
P.S. - love the cooldown stretches you provide now…hurt so good! 👍

Where I'm from, I can't get adex adjustable clubs even to save my life so I improvised half of a 1 inch barbell bar with threaded screw locks and use 5lb and 2.5lb plates on one end as my adjustable club. Right now the club weighs 11.5lbs total and working up to add another 2.5lbs doing inside & outside circles, pendulums, pullovers and shield casts. My kettlebells are also limited at 30lbs, 35lbs and 40lbs so I do longer volume cycles. This channel has really helped me dial in what I really want to get from working out with the minimum amount of outlay for equipment. I have yet to come across another youtube channel that churns out so much actionable fitness information as this one. Thank you again Mr. Wildman!

Hi and thanks. Will this program be offered as a part of your series? That is clubs and bells together.
Belay that....figured it out. There are 2 programs.

The club program is excellent. For a low fitness overweight person just starting out, what combo would you recommend?
1. Club program + nerd math swing program, or
2. Club program + intermediate KB program?

I am age 66 and have been getting tiny kettlebells for the last several months and love using them. What program do you suggest I start with from you? BTW, I have been following your tutorials on how to use kettlebells correctly on YouTube. Thanks! For workouts, I have been using follow along ones.

My goal is to work up towards 200 reps of your volume cycle 5/5 snatch program. Currently at 14kgs and moving up 2kgs every couple of weeks.
When I get to 24kgs I want to start the Kenneth Jay Viking Conditioning Program at 16kgs to build my V02 max for endurance sports.
Can the volume training be done with these two programs as a C day or would that be too much workload?

Question. Would my program go something like this. Monday kettlebell lvl 1, Tuesday clubbell level 1, Thursday kettlebell lvl 2, Friday clubbell lvl 2, Monday kettlebell lvl 3, Tuesday clubbell lvl 3 and go back to lvl 1 again ?

Hi Mark, would you please make a video using a “bird’s eye view” while denominating inside and outside circles using clubs? I’m not sure how far to rotate while doing these exercises. Perhaps you could include mace work as well?

If I can do swings at 20kg, is that the right starting weight for this program? These look like more intense exercises. Thx

So which program should I go with if I'm overweight, have a few kettlebells & a n00b to fitness?

How do you take notes on your workouts if you're never completely letting go of the weight? Super late but I can't find an answer anywhere (might be my fault).

Mark, I only have a Mace not a heavy club. Is this program still worth following? Or are you planning on releasing a mace specific program?

I noticed that in the pdf of the kb program the press is under the title “level 2 exercises” but instead is the last of the first level.

asking the same question a different way - what are these programs called or where do I find them on your strong and fit page?

Any chance we can get that treadmill program you mentioned? (I believe back in the KB swings to mile programming video)

1:37 reference to “Club Program Mill/Squat” Gamma Cast.
Consistency is the hobgoblin of small minds, so my small mind has prompted me to observe that the term “Shield Cast” is used throughout the Mill/Squat text.

I hope this isn't a really stupid/unobservant question (I plead being a relative newbie): Is the "heavy clubbell program" under your name on the Strong and Fit site the same thing as the "squat and mill" program you discuss here? If it is, then these two programs sound exactly like what I to do from now on as a "60 Plus" trainer. (Thank you for your patience!)

Has anyone had any luck integrating Heavy/Light ino this program design. Something like A/b a/B. Or is this more for the Nerd Math programs?
