Heliocare 360 Color oil free gel product video

Take a look at the three shades of Heliocare 360 Color oil free gel being applied to skin

In all the clips i found, all the shades look neutral, so i ordered pearl, the lightest one, and it actually has a very yellow undertone, but i usually need neutral or rosy. I can use it because it's pretty sheer coverage, but if i build it up, it is noticeably yellow. But if i don't build it up, does it still do its job as SPF? Just leaving this here for others that try to research before buying.

Q.1) Does methoxybenzoylmethan ( avobenzone ) in heliocare 360 water gel would give same protection like titanium dioxide ( nano ) in heliocare 360 oil free gel.??
Q.2) are hybrid sunscreens like above one gives much more better protection from uv rays than physical / mineral sunscreens ??
