DIPPED KEY LIME PIE ICE CREAM 😍

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 can condensed milk (14oz)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 4 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp lime zest
• 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels 2 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
• 2 tbsp coconut oil (to thin out the dark chocolate)
• 3 crumbled graham crackers
• Ice cream cones

Preparation

•Whip your heavy cream, lime juice, condensed milk, lime zest and vanilla until creamy and fluffy (high speed about 5 minutes)
•Carefully mix in crushed graham crackers •Place your mix in a freezer safe container
•Freeze for 5 hours
•Melt your chocolate and cookie butter, then mix with coconut oil to make it extra thin
•Scoop your ice cream onto the cone
•Dip into your chocolate, add graham crackers, let it harden and enjoy!
