Hi, I m living in France. I refuse pain killer, because it makes me sleep. Si for the Time being, I try to balance my day...a bit of activity, and a bit of rest, because, if it gets too painful, i don t do much. Si, i will check where coule I be helped for this kind of management in France. Thanks for the vidéo

Yours is a continuous struggle to educate people... helping people..about pain management.. different ways.. different approaches..etc..u r perhaps treading uphill.. against the current stream... of thoughts..where drs adv patients easy solution..and patients ...as always busy..gulping...in the process. perhaps self harming in the long run..but knowingly u have chosen the struggle..may God help u.. bless you..succeed u..in your single minded devotion and aim and if a single person benefit from your relentless struggle..u r successful ..so don't worry about outcome..carry on..many many thousands if not million like us r being benefitted ..in some way or other..thx
