Mr Elder Iis absolutely correct. As a teacher of elementary students, the black boys ( not girls so much) of single parents, when they come to school and they are angry and rebellious because they are exhausted. Staying up late playing video games. We finally figured out to let the go to sleep. The would sleep on the floor with just a blanket, sometimes all day, but it was a different child when they woke up...of course, you don't learn anything when you sleep all day.
