MIDDLE DROP!!! Toonami Ratings April 8, 2023

My Hero Academia leads Toonami again while Food Wars dropped its hot pocket on the floor and is crying in the corner.

Genndy Tartakovsky’s Unicorn: Warrior Eternal is going to have an very interesting ratings next month by replacing My Hero Academia Season 6 at 12am, I can’t wait to see how that goes for Toonami.

Other than that, Food Wars is doing an decent job at 1am while One Piece & Naruto: Shippuden are bringing in some not terrible rating numbers right behind Food Wars. Still waiting for any updates for FLCL: Grunge & Shoegaze as well as Uzumaki hopefully in the next couple of months.

Food Wars been alright for the most part Season 5 or Fifth Plate. I think I got them all on Blu Rays but heard OVAs or so might not be on there or translated. Its like after some other shows Promised Neverland or Tokyo Ghoul. I don't think it will see that badly overall hehe. The First TWo Plates are Great for Animation then it kinda dips. Yet I think the Food tends to still seem pretty good. Its mostly the characters where it sorta slips up. Though I guess Erina has Brother or something like that. Then the God Tongue thing is the Mother. I think its just a bit much for the Chefs to be into the Underworld or so. Though the last Meal Episode was not bad or any of them really thus far. I guess it might conclude like STale Bread I Dunno :)?

Food Wars Season 5 lack of quality more like people complaining just because the animation is not absolutely perfect i will say this every Season of Food Wars is great i don't know i guess i am in the minority of people who thinks that Food Wars is a great anime i don't get the hate for Seasons 3-5 and i probably never will one thing about this past week's episode is that there was little to no fan service which is fine but i understand it is a big draw to the series it's something i really enjoy anyways i think Toonami will rely on My Hero Academia reruns until May which they basically already confirmed since this week is rerun and so is next week once May comes Toonami will rely on Unicorn: Warriors Eternal and My Adventures with Superman to replace My Hero Academia
