From where do you derive the moral law that people have absolute rights over their property?

The problem with Kant's strategy is it totally depends on the capacity of the affected to understand the situation and comunicate consent. Which is mostly impossible, and the reason why abortion and animal right debates never end, why the medical consent principle doesn't work, the basic principle for hiding small text in long contracts, and how bussinessman from the 20 century got away with destroying the climate for us today.

Subbed at "taxation is theft"

As a former ancap I disagree that taxation is objectively theft.

Subjectively, based on who deems what property legitimate, it can be. But taxation can also not be theft, if the property is deemed illegitimate.

I might not agree with your politics but I did find it an interesting look at how this problem applies to policy-making!

This does not capture the is ought problem at all.

Isn't that just the difference between correlation and causation?

I think the last part doesn't make sense. "Some people get foreskin infection" is a is, so it doesn't mean all people ought to have foreskin infection, and to avoid this thing from happening, circumcision is a solution.
Just like "crocodiles eat people" is a is, doesn't mean crocodiles ought to eat people, or people ought to be eaten by crocodiles. To prevent this, one way is don't feed people to crocodiles.

Kant didn't solve the problem. Only God does. You're still assuming the "should" in thinking we should care about consent. Even labeling values "logically coherent" is assuming the should but where is the should under naturalism? things just are moving according to the laws of nature

Well, according to this, some people make more money than others doesn't mean they should make more money, therefore taking the extra money from them are not stealing
